I ordered a dozen roses for friends who'd been wonderful to me after my 1885 house burned down. Over the phone, the person who took my order suggested the pale pink ones. I took that suggestion and the results were magnificent. Huge! My friends were thrilled and so was I. Although I'm relatively new to Vicksburg, I've used Helen's several times in the past, mostly because Helen's is where knowledgeable native Vicksburgers get their cut flowers and floral arrangements. This is a long-standing local business I've found to be 100 percent reliable. I highly recommend Helen's. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday and they were absolutely beautiful. I had ordered something for her birthday from another website last week and was notified the day before her birthday that they cancelled my order last minute because they could not make the delivery. I was in a panic to get something nice for my sister and this florist was recommended to me and they were so easy to deal with.They delivered the most beautiful arrangement to my sister the next day in time for her birthday. I will definitely be using this florist again

I highly recommend Helen's Florist. I recently was on a cruise that was docked in Vicksburg. We were celebrating a milestone birthday for my friend also on the cruise. I called Helen's Florist and got the 'pick of the day,' which was beautiful when it arrived! Great value! Great service!

I called Helen’s needing an arrangement for a funeral. I am three hours away so I had to rely heavily on the customer service rep who was helping me. Nida was so sweet and helpful. Sent me pictures of options they had and offered suggestions. She was so patient and I had a great experience. Highly recommend Helen’s and Nida!!

From the moment you walk in the staff is very welcoming and ready to help. We drove from Louisiana for a last minute request and they took care of everything including delivery the same day. Highly recommend this wonderful business for any of your floral needs. And the store is fantastic as well. Will definitely be a returning customer.
